Hi,

I am Millicent Nafula. I am a third born in a family of seven. I was raised by a single mother. I joined WEMA in 2006 and sat for my primary school exam in 2013 and scored 409marks. Wema paid for me my whole fees. I later joined St. Joseph’s Girl’s high school in Kitale where I scored C plain in the National exam. I didn’t join college immediately due to lack of school fees. Through Wema I joined college in 2021 where am pursuing a Diploma in Civil Engineering. I am a second year student in Sigalagala National Polytechnic. I am very grateful to WEMA for the opportunity they have given me. With this education, I know that I will come back as a valuable member of the community, and engage in meaningful work that will change my destiny, and that of my family. I hope to give back to the community in the near future. The picture is me during my attachment.
