On 28th March and 29th March the Lions Club of Bungoma conducted sessions on tree planting with three different schools. The children were trained on the importance of trees, and they were each taught how to plant trees. A total of 2000 trees were planted. They were encouraged to be agents of environmental conservation and to plant trees even in their own homes. The Lions club of Bungoma donated the seedlings.We look forward to engaging with more schools and organizations in our community to plant more trees
