I’m Sharon Nafula, and I want to express my deepest appreciation to Wema Children’s Centre for its profound impact on my life. When my father left and we faced years of hardship, Wema became our sanctuary in 2004. It wasn’t just about shelter and education; it was about finding a sense of belonging and receiving unwavering support. Thanks to Wema’s opportunities, I excelled academically, earning a Bachelor’s in Education. Today, as a high school teacher, I’m driven to make a difference, all because of Wema’s belief in me and their commitment to nurturing hope in challenging times.
