Environmental approaches to managing climate change

Today we discussed how we can use the results of the innovation that is happening worldwide in the areas of renewable energy, artificial intelligence, resource conservation, technologies in the areas of water management, carbon emission
reduction, and waste management. We explored how AI can be used in managing climate change. These include:
Building better electrical grids;
Predict forest fires;
Make autonomous cars safer;
Monitor deforestation and emissions from power plants;
Make transportation more efficient;
Reduce wasted energy in residential, commercial and government buildings;
Create new low-carbon materials;
Geo-engineer a more reflective earth; and
Give individuals tools to reduce their carbon footprint.
